Attorney G.T. George is a lifelong resident of Uniontown, Pennsylvania, who brings decades of legal experience and practical insight to every matter he handles. He graduated with honors from Saint Vincent College, where he served as Co-Captain of the college’s nationally recognized Mock Trial Team. He earned his Juris Doctor from West Virginia University College of Law. During his law school career, he distinguished himself academically as the top student in Contracts, Torts, Sales and Secured Transactions.
After graduating from law school and being admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar, Attorney George returned home to practice alongside his father, Attorney Joseph M. George, who served Fayette County for more than 60 years, and his brother, Joseph M. George, Jr., in what was then the longest continuously operated law firm in Fayette County. Following his brother’s election to the bench in 2013 and his father’s retirement in 2025, Attorney George joined Goodwin Como, P.C., where he continues to represent individuals, business owners, and lenders throughout the region.

Attorney George is widely recognized as a preeminent real estate attorney in the region. His practice focuses primarily on real estate law, business law, and estates where he has handled hundreds of commercial, residential, and new construction transactions. In addition to helping individuals purchases and close on their homes, he regularly manages high-value matters, including multi-million-dollar commercial loans and acquisitions involving apartment complexes, shopping plazas, hotels, and other business properties.
